Liberta Political Charter
"True Democracy benefits all peoples, not just the Rich and Powerfull whom make up the Rulling Regime"
1. The Liberta Movement for the New Togo joins all patriots who long for libertarian objectives and the unity of Togo for which Christoph Aboni fought. All those who would like to contribute their part in the national reconstruction and reconciliation fit in the movement and belong.
2. The Movement's ideology is set forth in the Manifesto and in the Platform for a Government of National Reconciliation and Reconstruction.
3. It is a broad Movement, with no statutes, rules, and no discriminations, with the exception of the declared enemies of the people. It had no offices and its headquarters is any place in Togo where there are people who disagree with the establishment. Its base is made up of millions of Togolese linked to secret nuclei, in various forms such as circles, juntas, workshops, families, unions, groups, brotherhoods, clubs, associations, councils, bars, work, communes, sisterhoods, committees, Villages and all the forms that consider it wise to have their members join and that, in their judgment, guarantee them the secrecy of belonging and compartmentalization.
4. Togolese in heart and in conviction struggle and express themselves in many and various ways, in defense of the cause of the people.
5. Liberta offers all our abilities to encourage and organize the Togolese Movement.
