PORTFOLIO - PROGRAMS
Info
Here are some information about the applications I've developed. Unfortunately, due to non-disclosure agreements,
I cannot provide information about all of the applications I've been working on.
I developed this program to keep track of my movie collection. It has been developed with C# .net and it uses an Access database. The list of movies is color coded based on the amount of times a movie has been watch, the list can be filtered based on the data available in the details view. I had an old version developed with Visual Basic 3, but since that doesn't work with Windows 7, I had to develop a new one. The development took a couple of days. Click the image for a full size version.

This program is used to store website advertisements to a database. The Atex AOA Account and AOA Private are used to create personal, business etc. newspaper advertisements via internet. When the ads are created the user selects the category, class, subclass etc. The advertisements created with AOA Marketing are advertisements and/or messages displayed to the users of AOA Account and AOA Private that are made visible based on the category/class/subclass that user has selected to create his ad to. Hopefully that makes some sense.

This webservice was a group effort. The Atex Oulu AOA team is responsible for the Atex .net web services. These web services are used for example to store ad information to the database. The web services are called by other web services. In the .net web service, the interface to the database is xml/xslt based and it allows for the applications to be free of database structure. The underlying database can be anything you want. Since this is a web service, there is no screenshot.
This program I did for Atex. It is used to manage application version histories. It accesses an xml file and creates a treeview out of it. By right clicking the mouse over a treeview node, you get a set of options and can add stuff to the xml.
This is the old version of the video register software that me and my friend Ville Tuulos developed a long time ago. We started it around 1995 or something like that. Since then, I've updated it a bit.
