hear an update on the point system.

meeting will be on Thursday, March 16th, at noon.

website will be the home page at the computers in the conference room. In addition Brianne is
talking to Castic regarding the password to be set
for printer use.
12:26 Connie and Brianne are currently working on a calendar of events to be
posted, on SAGSA site with important info.

meeting when Brianne is present in the session

continue researching about plaque for the painting.

12:33 Journal name is being discussed by
Journal board, Francisco will have an update on the
name next meeting. Title will be voted by SAGSA.

will inquire – at the next faculty meeting - about what professor would like to
hold the spring picnic and the date.
12:37 Discussion about
including a faculty mentor for the Grad student journal. Decision and procedure will be carried out by the
journal’s board. The board will also discuss the role and title of faculty
advisor.
12:55 SUNTA profiles needed. An email
will circulate by Brianne to recruit a couple of
students who want their profile in that organization. Dateline March 5th.

Next colloquia will be held March 10 by Lizandro Perez, we are waiting for an update by Dr. Martin. Brianne will meet with Dr. Martin to finalize details.

idea of having student presentations, as a colloquia was discussed. All in
favor of having student presentations, presenters shall be chosen at next SAGSA
meeting. Possible date would be April 7th.
