will be in charge of recruiting professor or librarian to conduct the workshop.

1:12 Courtney was voted new treasurer of SAGSA.

1:14 DIRG (international relations group) would like to do activities with SAGSA, more info is on the way.

1:16 Colloquia update given by Jasney. For the first colloquia students are welcome to present as “training” in front of peers and professors. The format will be free for students to decide.

1:20 Discussion regarding the creation of a calendar of events was tabled due to lack of volunteers; Bri will continue to send emails regarding events.

1:25 Update on Journal given by Tekla, volunteers were selected to help in the revision and editing process.
