Introduction

Oxley Threads Lanka (PVT) Ltd is the wholly owned subsidiary and the centre in Asia for the production and distribution of Oxley Threads Ltd (UK). OTL has being functioning in Sri Lanka for nearly 6 years and now it's operated at two locations where it has it's City Office in Wattala and the Factory in Avissawella. OTL is systematically separated to two as OTT (Oxley Threads Trades) and OTL (Oxley Threads Lanka) due to the nature of the products that they operate. (OTT- Traded Items /OTL Produced Items).

The company is currently satisfying approximately 60% of the local demand of waist bands which is our major product and nearly 5% of the local threads demand.When it comes to stocks, we keep nearly 90% out of the demand in our stocks.

In Oxley Threads Lanka, there are nearly 73 people working in both in the Factory and the City office. The Accounts department and The Marketing theam is based in the City office while Marketing back office located in the factory. We keep some stocks (Mostly threads) in the City office, but most our stocks are in the factory. All our productions done at the factory. During the production we outsource some operations as wel (Tests, Dying, Consumables).
